Job Description:

Fully accountable for the Group's market strategy and sales management, overseeing end-to-end operations including brand building, marketing promotion, lead generation, client expansion, and project contracting. Drives business growth through an integrated model of "Strategy + Creativity + Channels + Sales".

The role requires systematic planning capabilities, digital marketing expertise, content creativity, sales execution skills, and team leadership. As the core leader of the Group's growth system, this position is responsible for translating brand influence into tangible business outcomes.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Market Strategy & Brand System Development
1.1 Develop the Group's annual, quarterly, and monthly market strategies and brand development plans; unify brand positioning, core messaging, and product value articulation.
1.2 Formulate integrated marketing promotion strategies, including content planning, media communication, exhibition planning, and channel operations.
1.3 Oversee the development and unified presentation of the brand visual system, promotional materials, case studies, and technical communication systems.
1.4 Supervise the production and review of brand activities, promotional materials, and external communication content to ensure brand consistency and professionalism.

2. Channel Promotion & Lead Generation
2.1 Oversee channel strategies, including digital channels, industry media, government platforms, exhibitions, and public relations partnerships.
2.2 Establish a lead generation mechanism and define key metrics such as traffic, inquiries, qualified leads, and MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).
2.3 Monitor and continuously optimize the performance of each channel to improve exposure, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
2.4 Develop a systematic marketing content matrix based on flagship projects to support sales efforts.

3. Sales Strategy & Commercial Management
3.1 Decompose annual sales targets and develop regional sales strategies, industry expansion plans, and key project execution plans.
3.2 Manage the sales team (including domestic, out-of-province, and overseas channels) and supervise the entire project process.
3.3 Drive commercial negotiations and project implementation for major initiatives (e.g., demonstration projects, collaborations with state-owned enterprises, out-of-province expansion, and overseas projects).
3.4 Establish a sales funnel, project tracking system, weekly reporting, and review mechanisms to enhance conversion efficiency.

4. "Marketing × Sales" Integrated Growth Mechanism Development
4.1 Establish collaboration processes among marketing, sales, technical, and engineering teams to enable information sharing and efficient coordination.
4.2 Promote the construction of a growth loop from promotion → leads → projects → case studies → content reinforcement.
4.3 Facilitate project reviews to refine standardized solutions, promotional materials, and methodologies, forming a replicable growth system.

5. Team Building & Organizational Management
5.1 Lead organizational design, role allocation, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and incentive mechanisms for the marketing and sales teams.
5.2 Enhance the team's core competencies in strategy, planning, creativity, digital marketing, commercial negotiation, and project execution.
5.3 Develop the next generation of managers to build long-term organizational capability.

6. Business Analysis & Budget Management
6.1 Establish analytical models for market investment, sales processes, project conversion, and expense utilization.
6.2 Regularly deliver business analysis reports to provide insights and improvement recommendations to the Group's decision-makers.
6.3 Prepare departmental budgets and exercise cost control to ensure continuous improvement in return on investment (ROI).

  • External Contacts: Relevant government departments, industry associations, advertising/media agencies, PR firms, channel partners, and domestic/international clients.


Performance Metrics

  1. Improvement metrics for brand awareness and reputation.

  2. Digital channel performance: traffic, engagement volume, and MQL generation.

  3. Lead contribution from exhibitions and major events.

  4. Content output and utilization efficiency (videos, case studies, manuals, technical documentation, etc.).

  5. Annual/Quarterly sales target achievement rate.

  6. Regional sales expansion completion rate.

  7. Funnel conversion rates at each stage (Lead → Project Initiation → Commercial Negotiation → Contract Signing).

  8. Key project advancement efficiency.

  9. Marketing & sales budget control rate and ROI achievement.

  10. Implementation of project review outcomes and improvement measures.

 Qualifications

1. Education Background

  • Master's degree or above.

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Advertising, or a related field.

2. Work Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or sales-related roles.

  • 3+ years of team management experience (managing teams of 10+ people).

  • Prior experience in B2B/G engineering services or intelligent manufacturing enterprises is preferred.

  • Experience in successfully building a marketing system from the ground up is highly valued. Familiarity with overseas markets or client expansion within government/state-owned enterprise sectors is a plus.
