Exploring new directions for the application of foam ceramics
HHBT's self-developed foam ceramics use construction waste like fly ash. Fired at 1200°C, dense, closed internal bubbles form, giving the cooled product waterproofing, thermal insulation, fire resistance (Class A1), soundproofing, and heat preservation.
Its ultra-lightweight nature makes it perfect for carving interior decorations for homes and businesses, like wall hangings, fish ponds, and sculptures. With proper fixing and adhesive methods, it's also great for exterior wall cladding.
Compared to traditional materials such as gypsum, plastic-wood, or cement boards, foam ceramics excel in weatherability, non-corrosiveness, and being lightweight. They can be coated with various paints for richer colors and textures.
