Established in 2019. The HHBT Industrial Park covers a total area of about 93 acres and has a total investment of 560 million RMB, standing as the only privately-owned enterprise in China capable of delivering a closed-loop prefabricated construction system from end to end.

Our 20,000 ton Smart Steel Structure Factory, capable of supplying steel components for over 200,000 sqm of prefabricated projects each year, is equipped with four fully automated production lines:

Over 95% of all equipment, workstations, and control systems are independently developed by HHBT, including intelligent synchronization between stations and seamless central management through the Industrial Centralized Control System (ICCS).
