The three-axis robotic arm grabs the tray of the RGV intelligent vehicle to the component assembly workstation, and the robot adsorbs the parts to the welding area. After placing the welding area in sequence, the fixture is positioned to start welding. After welding is completed, the tray is adsorbed to the cutting work area, and the three-axis robotic arm grabs the tray to the RGV intelligent vehicle to the next work position.

The deburring workstation is equipped with two 7-axis handling robots, automatically loading and unloading materials. After identifying each component through vision-detection,
the robot transfers the parts onto dedicated pallets.

The Gantry Machining Center Workstation uses a three-axis gantry crane to hoist the centering lifting fixture for steel nodes, grasp and transfer them to the machining center, where the welds on the top and side surfaces of the nodes are ground and polished.

A laser cutting machine punches and cuts steel plates based on drawings and preprogrammed instructions.Upon completion, the sorting robot sorts and stacks the cut components to standard pallets, and a gantry crane transfers the pallets via RGV to the deburring workstation.
