After the hollow slab undergoes the pipe-pulling operation, it still needs processes such as rough surface grinding, thickness calibration, trimming, and punching. Thickness Setting Machine can carry out these operations with precise, intelligent assembly line production that surpasses the quality achievable by manual work

The HHBT concrete curing workstation uses a palletizing robot to transfer PC components to designated zones, activating temperature and humidity controls for curing. It automatically adjusts parameters (temperature, humidity, duration) per component type and process requirements, with zero manual operation.

HHBT demolding workstation: after curing, PC components are transferred to this station via conveyors. The demolding process is fully automated by a 3-axis gantry crane, which removes molds and sends them to the molding station via conveyor belts for the next production cycle. No manual operation required.

The HHBT UTS slab production line is equipped with a range of automated equipment. It can automatically process the size and shape of slab reinforcement based on CAD drawings, then hoist and place them onto the slab mold table. After that, concrete is automatically distributed and vibrated by the concrete distribution workstation, and the slab enters the curing chamber before being taken out.
