Breaking the limits of traditional steel construction — our self-developed SEP system and intelligent factory model have gained high praise from authoritative industry experts during their official on-site inspection.
We recently hosted a senior expert delegation from the China Steel Construction Association at HHBT Construction Technology Industrial Park, where the team conducted a comprehensive, in-depth audit of our core production and project scenarios. The inspection covered our intelligent steel structure production workshop, advanced equipment manufacturing base, and PC prefabrication facility, as well as our landmark comprehensive building fully constructed with our proprietary SEP steel structure system.
During the follow-up seminar, our end-to-end intelligent manufacturing workflow, full industrialized construction ecosystem, and disruptive SEP assembly technology received unanimous high recognition. Industry authorities confirmed that our technological innovations are reshaping the development paradigm of modern steel construction.
As one of North China’s few enterprises with a fully closed-loop construction industrialization system, HHBT’s globally original SEP (Steel End-plate Step) system delivers three transformative industry upgrades. Replacing traditional on-site welding, our full-bolt connection eliminates field welding and flaw detection, significantly improving construction safety and structural stability. Our self-developed UTS floor slabs enable direct hoisting and installation without secondary pouring, greatly boosting overall efficiency. Notably, our solution achieves a structural assembly rate of over 95% and cuts construction cycles by 50%, with superior seismic performance and structural ductility fully verified by professional tests at Tsinghua University.
