On March 21, 2025, Wang Aiming, Director of the Xinzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, along with relevant personnel and accompanied by Guo Liangming, Director of the Xinzhou District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, visited HHBT Industrial Park for research.
Accompanied by group leaders, Wang's team watched a presentation video, heard production introductions, developed a keen interest in prefabricated buildings, visited smart factories to learn about processes, praised the group's innovative efforts, and observed the park's under-construction comprehensive office building.
At the end of the visit, Wang instructed relevant municipal housing bureau departments to:
1) organize personnel from housing systems across counties and districts to observe production lines and change perceptions of high costs in prefabricated buildings.
2) track and provide technical support for the park's under-construction buildings, promptly promote relevant technologies, and drive green, high-quality development in Xinzhou's construction industry.
